Hello, Mandy. For my arthritis, I found that an over-the-counter medicine (well, it is here in South Africa) called Piascledine, together with a good Omega 3 capsule, taken daily, has helped me tremendously. Without those two, I tend to feel as if my wrists and other joints are broken – really unpleasant. With them, I don't even know that I have arthritis. Perhaps they will help you too.

Hi just been thinking about you yesterday when I was travelling around the country I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had to find homes for your animals I too suffer with arthritis but I try and fight it and not think about it and not let it win beat to me I know it can’t be hard and easy said than done for a lot of people that I do understand I have days when I can’t move so I know exactly what you’re feeling I myself had to downsize my animals I found a beautiful home for my ruby which is really upsetting and hopefully I found a home for a cheeky boy Duke. One of the reasons I wanted to get to Portugal was because the weather is so much better and would help my phones I’ve now decided that I will get a piece of land but it will only be a small piece of land I can manage nothing too big then 2 or 3 acres. Hi Mandy. I only came across your channel a couple of weeks ago and am very interested in your journey. So many similarities with mine. I'm currently in the UK converting a van with the plan to head out to Portugal later in the year. I'm so sorry your arthritis is flaring up. Life throws us curveballs. I don’t know if it your situation, but I’ve turned 65. From the time I began menopause until just a few years ago, I believe it was hormones that caused a flair up in my arthritis. Believe me, I still have arthritis but it has simmered down. It’s no longer every single joint in my body. I’ve also had CFS in the past. You know, no one seems to be able to help with that. I cured myself of it with mega dose vitamins and minerals so my body could correct itself. I also believe there is a connection to yeast, as in a body can become overrun with yeast and a diet to kill it off helped. Wishing you success on your new journey.

Their is medication for your arthritis, here in the USA we have it my friend has rheumatoid arthritis and is on it

You've made some tough decisions Mandy, but I think you've done the right thing. It can't have been easy for you, and I am sorry that your health is letting you down.
