Watch out for your liver. Drinking too much can kill you. Glad you had some kind of awakening on this subject. You are young but not invincible. Take care of your body. Your relationships will be better and so will your life. The time is now.

Alcohol isn´t a problem, excess is.
Good wine is culture and a bless.
I've made my path with mushrooms (psilocybin) and became a better human being.
But do not fall into error seeing things black or white. There is a "grey" zone of balance that is the wise place to be.

I love these guys, but ‘black-out’ drinking is serious. The volume he consumed is frightening. I hope Joen will consider joining an AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) group for structured support. In the past they’ve sworn off drinking only to slide right back into the hole as they rationalized “it’s only one or two drinks”. There are endless benefits to quitting alcohol. Please. You’re worth it. You have so much to live for. I send you hugs of support.

Interesting and self-disclosuring video you have made. Good thing you have stopped drinking, but it would be a big loss to your audience if this also means you will stop YouTubeing.

That was really interesting. I'm glad you got so much out of the experience.. It takes courage to face our demons but I think we have to go through the fire sometimes to get to the other side. I think dealing with the alcohol situation is key.. being honest enough to admit you have a problem is the first step. I think starting a family is a great idea; children bring great joy & grow us up. But why is Amelie not on board? The biological clock for women only lasts so long… Did Amelie also do the ceremony?
