Looking for a new home for them and their baby, architects Ophélie and Edouard, found Crussol apartment; a 54sqm mid-century home in the center of Paris, surrounded by shops, restaurants and historic buildings. With Edoudard enjoying busy spaces with stories, and Ophélie’s clean and simple styling, they blended their ideas together to design a home that feels like a tidy but busy workshop. Taking the formerly open floor plan and dividing it into zones by adding a small glass wall to the entrance and separating the main area into living and dining, and adding a closed off bedroom and bathroom. This also allowed the addition of a separate toilet, and a small nursery and mezzanine. Low furniture with built-in storage and creative additions like a mirrored bathtub help keep the home feeling open and light, and multifunctional furniture in the nursery leaves plenty of room to grow.

Never too big!
Highly satisfying VISUALLY; I would not bet a dime that any of the furniture is close to comfortable to sit on for an extended time.
Great design pragmatic one.
This is my favourite spaces from this channel. So beautiful yet homey. Kind of got that cute ikea aesthetic

There is a ladder/staircase in the nursery. When the child is a toddler, how are you going to prevent the child from accessing this and falling? It is open on one side so cannot put a baby gate.Even more terrifying, there is no hand rail. This would not be to code in my country. Otherwise, good use of space.
Where is the washing machine
580 sq ft are family homes in the town of mumbai, india.
i really love your way to balance the taste and functional issue. it looks really good !!
It's a wonderful space. I love many of the apartments showcased on the channel but I like this where the furniture is all out… No unfolding of chairs or sliding out of dining tables which are clever but cumbersome.
The cat has a built-in toilet to create the illusion of a bigger space
. No kidding, the pet details deserved being mentioned as well! FANTASTIC video. I struggle to make my spaces practical. What they have done is clever, neat, homely, bright, simply AMAZING.
Lovely space!
Absolute understated genius.
Nogle gode ideer, men utrolig rodet indretning
54sqm in oberkampf comes with a HEFTY price
They could've spoken French and delighted us all the more but they're speaking beautiful English anyhow – so respect and thank you.
I love hearing non-english speak english
Not going to lie. I have no idea what they said but the apartment was well-organized.
AMAZING!! GREAT CHANNEL!!
Awesome apartment
Probably the best I have seen so far!! Everything works so well. They really had a large space to work with and an amazing layout — sometimes a good layout does the trick.
This is absolutely stunning. Great re-use of glass, and perfect natural light. A++
very nice, me gusta mucho
Glad to see more small spaces for families! I love the multifunctional cot/change area that will transform with a growing child.
i love layout like this

Un proyecto Peregrino! Muy recomendable

This is the most beautiful and best space I’ve ever seen.
Brilliant
It's true that it's better to have a small well designed place than impractical big one. We live in impractical one. Seems big but no storage.
Love the bench in the living room. I was thinking it would be a good idea in our house too.
What a stunning space!

A small affordable 700.000 euros apartment
Not a fan of ze apparent stone wall in ze kitchen but I like ze separation area wiz the bench and the couch put togezer
Magnifique! However the mirror by the side of the bathtub creates a hazard if the mirror gets broken. The kitchen is workable. This is a comfortable space.
54 sqm is a huge department for me.
What episode is the fourth one with lots of storage? Thanks.
Very creative
Rewatched this. Still love it.
the new yorker tote bag is such a flex
Beautiful place, I love how the bench backs up into the sofa, defining living/dining room separation. Their storage design is also very nice. The kitchen is so attractive; it looks like a buffet dining room furniture. So well thought out, it is quite successful in functionality for a family of three and their cat.
Those open ladder stairs are going to be a NIGHTMARE when the baby starts to crawl and walk. Somehow they must be walled off on both sides and have child safety gates above and below!!
