Starting December 1st, Portugal is back to a state of calamity and will reinstitute restrictions as follows:
Whether vaccinated or not, you will need a negative PCR or Antigen test to enter the country.
Also, masks indoors at all establishments again.
Need to show vaccination documents or negative PCR test to get into restaurants, bars, gyms, cinemas, and sporting events and concerts.
