There is no Consulate or Embassy of New Zealand in Dhaka to get a New Zealand Visa from Bangladesh. The nearest Embassy is in India to get a New Zealand visa from Bangladesh.

1. Passport:
a. Passports must be valid for 3 months beyond intended date of departure from New Zealand. All the applicants are required to provide a photocopy of first & last page of their passports.

b. Copy of previous passports and visas issued.

2. Visa Application Form:
Visa Application Form duly filled and signed in English Capital Letters. Answer each question on the form and continue that question on a separate sheet if necessary. Click Here to Download Visa Application Form

3. Photo:
a. Two passport size color photographs (3x4cm, white background) ) with 3 Visiting Cards.

b. 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

4. Covering-Letter:
Covering Letter from applicant including Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – “New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi, India”. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line.

5. Proof of Occupation:
a. A letter from the office such a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letter-head pad stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status etc. Addressing the– “New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi, India”.

b. Office ID card copy/ Visiting card (3 copies)

c. Trade license / Incorporation Certificate & Memorandum (for business person)

d. Salary Certificate from office

6. Invitation Letter:
a. Invitation Letter from the Inviting Company in New Zealand with Inviter’s address and phone number.

b. Inviter’s Passport Copy or Resident ID Card

7. Financials:
a. Original copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.

b. Employer Company’s Bank Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly. (If the trip is sponsored by the employer)

8. Ticket:
Ticket Itinerary as per travel date.

9. Hotel Reservation:
Hotel booking as per travel date
