Hi leaf cutter bees are passive but great pollinators. I'm planing to make nests for them. Utube has some great information and box constructions. If wasps you will need to find the nest and get rid of them. Anniliptic shock is serious, a hornet wasp stung my son and I had a full speed car drive 20 miles to a hospital. He's very aware of wasps.
