  1. For your 10k subscribed mark celebration, show us that pizza dough once again from start to finish? Couple weeks back you made a high hydration dough, but did not show the final result. Personally, I am big into high hydration, but I also refridgerate the dough for 48 hours. I so want to know your process and result…Love you guys, love the vids, you are living my dream!!!

  2. If you want to reduce a staircase from 70cm to 60cm? Make the steps 51 or 52 cm long. If you've been smart? Did you sign that off? It depends on how thick the tree is (The long plank up). Then you remove about 90% of the step from the Tree, so that the step protrudes slightly. On Stair to the Tree, Tread on the Tree. Greetings from Spakenburg Netherlands

  3. making stairs is something that your tour should know a little more about. My exam piece. Wash a wooden folding kitchen stairs. Passed that with a 7.8 Without Electric Machine! Now I make stairs and landings and quarter stairs. made of concrete, the molds are made and I do the rest with my team. Steel, concrete and the finish. Greetings from Spakenburg Netherlands

  4. If you get goats, would you goat-proof your trees, raised beds, decorative plants? How? female goats seem sweet and the kids can be like the livestock equivalent of a barrel of monkeys. The males, though, are oy vey always with the head butting and aggression 🙄.

Here in San Francisco, every year just before fire season, goat herds (like… 200 animals) are employed to eat down wild vegetation at some city-owned sites. They're watched over by a goatherder and his herding dog . The goats are great fun to watch and to chill with (slip 'em 🌿🥬🍇 thru the chainlink fences 😁).

  5. Ah jaysus I'm in the Kingdom of kerry at the moment having a break from my home in London. I'm in my element watching this as tis my reality from I wake in the morning. Kerry crowns a goat once a year in kilorglin and such a feat of pagan celtic beauty. I just love your daily actions tos the best I watch. Thanks very much .gur a mile maith agut

  6. Q&A: How did you meet? You mentioned getting married in Vegas -why – did Elvis perform the ceremony? What did you both do previously for work? When you travel back home is it difficult to find a house/animal sitter? Your kitchen is beautiful. Did you bring appliances, counter top from the UK?

  7. Q&A 1) How did you meet, and who scored who 🙂
    2) At what time has each of you been most in doubt, whether this Portuguese project was all that smart.

and a big congratulation on 10k

  8. Q&A Hello, since we are in the nesting season 🐣 I would like to know what is the occupancy rate of the nest boxes you have placed and what is the most common species that uses the neste boxes? thanks and greetings to you both, keep up the good work 👍,
    Rui

  9. Really enjoy your videos, the staircase information will come in useful when we convert our downstairs from a dirt-floor wine store into a living room. How do you sharpen your chisels – I find it impossible to get a good sharp edge whatever I try.

  10. I've always wanted to go to Cornwall, so beautiful and historic. My phantasy would be to live there in cottage in a lovely village with a local just around the corner. What was it like to actually live there and why did you leave? I live in Hawaii which is pretty awesome so I don't know why I am so interested in Cornwall. If I ever got to go there would I be disappointed?

  11. Congrats on the 10k subscribers. Another great video. Question for Q & A Is your name Andrea or Angie I get confused I am sure Nick calls you both and Do you have any kids or grandkids in the UK and do family visit often. Who is your nearest fellow youtuber. Thanks X

  12. My worry/question : if you didn't have a YouTube channel and associated funding like Koffie paying you some money, however meager, could you survive in Portugal for the rest of your lives? What if YouTube stopped: would you have to return to the UK?

  13. "Keep Calm and Pasty On"! I'm a nurse and live in Wisconsin, USA. I make pasties, whenever I have the time. You 2 are wonderful, hardworking and extremely talented, creative, and above all, you both are blessed with commonsense! Love it!

  14. Q: how is your leg Ange? Nick where did you learn how to do all the things you can do?
Do you have children? How many years have you been married?
Nick your chest/lung is it asthma, COPD, trade related?
