This is our experience house sitting on an Off-Grid quinta in Central Portugal. A beautiful spot near the Serra da Estrela mountain range.
We spent 3 weeks here looking after 2 dogs, 3 cats, 24 chickens and a large vegetable garden that kept us very well supplied with delicious, fresh fruit and vegetables… And eggs!!
