Very nice to look at, but what a poor soil !
This is so pretty, and in need of some tender loving care to stop the erosion. That building is so beautiful, and the well would be cool to get working again. Thank you!
Hi Louis, very nice piece with a lot of potential, thank you!👍👍💪🙏
Not a bad size bit of a slope but has potential if you want something small not a bad price.your videos are getting better luis.
Um dia destes ainda troco a minha Serra da Estrela pela Gardunha 😉
cute little property, it definetly need some swales dug in to prevent the water eroding all the dirt away, it will also help soak in the water into the ground and of course give water to the trees and wines 😀
Another great viewing. Land does need some love and care as soil is beginning to errod
Obrigado Luis for sharing all these beautiful places for sale, keep them coming and I’ll see you soon
are you allowed to build another structure to live in on this property?
any properties closer to a town or village at about £1000??
beautiful trees around but soil erosion …slope. land requires investment in ground work to start
Any internet or mobile reception?
Portugal seems to have extreme value for a homesteader relative to the rest of the world. For 17,000 EUR, I don't think you can beat it.
can one legally live on it???
Viva Luis,
Pode-se construir nessa propriedade?
A nice, tidy piece of land, where you can hear the sounds of silence. Thank-you Luis! Gostei das guitarradas!
Another nice little farm, thanks for share with us.
