Hi guys just watching this vlog. Another bit of freeware that might help is 'Undelete' don't know how it compares to what you are using but it's helped me several times over the years. Anyway thanks for the vlogs, please don't stop.

Frustrating. Always back up your content on an SSD exturnal hardrive and have iCloud. Have a strong drink and make sure you have several backup systems in place from now on.

How frustrating loosing your footage. I lost my old fb account last week to Hackers, 10 years of family pics/vids all gone. The footage you got back tho is tunning. X

Have you emptied the bin yet?
Many times, it will be out of sight, but not completely gone.
I had trouble with storage on the phone, and by searching around, there was actually a file where all my deleted stuff where laying around, waiting to be thrown out for good.
Same on the computer, you throw it in the "bin" but then you have to empty the bin, for it to actually be deleted.
So I would go for a little deep dive in the files, you might actually be able to find it there. 😉

It may matter to you guys a lot that you lost your footage, but it’s not all about the lovely and funny footage you post for us every week to watch, it’s about you 4 all staying fit and healthy and letting us share your world ( life) honest there is only one each of you all and there is more than one bit of footage to see from now on, hope you understand what I am meaning to say , and basically that is there will always be more than one piece of footage but there will only every be one each of you guys, you make our Thursday a day to look forward to so please don’t think you have let us down because you never will ,nick I am sure some one out there in internet tech land who would know a way to help you get footage back soon I hope they contact you, and Sara you give your hat you shrunk to a local baby as I am sure it would fit them , ha ha,everyone has a bad and off day and yours has been now so you will have months of stress free from now. Was the file deleted in Windows 10? I assume you could restore from previous versions, have you tried that? Nothing is ever completely deleted think of how the police are able to retrieve images that have been deleted. It will still be on your computer but hidden. Are you using windows back up to back up your files? You should be able to restore the file from a backup. So to restore from backup:
*Open backup and restore by clicking START>CONTROL PANEL>SYSTEM & MAINTENANCE and then click BACKUP & RESTORE.
* Select RESTORE MY FILES then follow the steps in the wizzard.

If restoring from previous versions:
* Click START and then COMPUTER
* Navigate to the folder that used to contain the files, right click and select previous versions. You can retore from a drive too fof example C:, right click the drive and then select RESTORE PREVIOYS VERSIONS

You should then see previous versions of the file or folder. Hope you find it all but also remember that video's may have backed up to a different folder independent to the file it was initially stored in. Hope you find it all😊

If I may offer a bit of wisdom….I have lost at least half a dozen hard drives, only one of them included ALL of my data. It wasn't a matter of accidentally deleting the data, the drives actually failed. The latest one was just a few weeks ago. So, let me offer a bit of advice…Always, always, always copy your data to an external hard drive. Every single time I do something with a file, I back it up to my external hard drive. I will tell you that this last time, since all of my data was backed up to an external drive, I just had to install the software and copy from my external drive. I have seen several YouTube creators who lost files because they relied only on SD cards or a computer to have all of the data. Speaking from many, many years of experience, don't do that. Always make a copy of the files you don't want to lose.
By the way Sarah, the berry pancake looked AMAZING! It made me want to stop the video and go make one.
