All the hype about Cholesterol being so bad for your health is actually a load of trash. It’s actually vital for healthy cells. Don’t take any statins either. My mum was prescribed medication for high cholesterol for years and I recently found out the risks of taking pills out ways the benefits. They actually cause memory loss apparently.

PO box is the simplest way. Either that or ask to be added to the post round. You have to be allocated a number by the post office, you buy the postbox from the postoffice for around €50 and display the number/letter combination allocated. You can't provide your own box. If they agree to add you to the round you will get deliveries. If not you'll have to buy a post office box number and collect your mail from local post office. Also have to be careful to use the exact address you are allocated.
