Hi, great video, I am Portuguese I will go on holidays on august to that same area I have a house there. BUT to add and take in acoount Algarve is one of the main areas that the Portuguese use to their holidays, so its like the country goes down , and typical holidays for most people they begin on june, so june prices go up quite a bit, but July and August are the prime time for holidays , so Portuguese are much more than turists and so adding up then prices can go to crazy number as demand is super high, then in Setember it goes down typicaly, but year by year Portugal has more and more turists ( I can say in the last 6/8 years its crazy how a small country receives so many people, I like to see and its good diversity just the consequences are less interesting , I mean prices and crawded places…., October then the Algarve then is paradise, normally still super good weather but not to many people….
And that it for the info or tip that I could add…cheers

Really lovely video guys! Clearly broke down all of the expenses to visiting the Algarve. You have the rare first-hand ability to compare traveling there last year vs this year. B-roll was on point and made it even more enjoyable to watch. Wow that was a great price for such a beautiful day out on the water. That cave 😍We have yet to do ATVs or Jet Skis together. We need to do those somewhere. Good to know about the shots for Thailand.

I understand it’s purely The Algarve and it’s probably the most expensive part of Portugal. We live about 35 mins from Lisbon and all our expenses are extremely cheap compared to the UK. We’re now residents here.
