October 17 we said goodbye to the UK to start our European road Trip. The plans were 3 months in Spain and Portugal and 3 months outside of Schengen, but with all the new travel restrictions we aren’t too sure what will happen now. During our time in Portugal we started looking for a slice of paradise to begin an off grid home, where we put an offer in to a beautiful plot of land. But as we wait for an answer, we continue our travels around the coastline of Portugal. First stop Lisbon!
