Have you heard of gestational diabetes, or hypoglycemia? The sudden spells of hunger along with shaking sounds like symptoms of low blood sugar. I have Cystic Fibrosis related diabetes so that's why I mention it as I get how you feel. Could just be normal hunger with baby though!! Try noticing patterns with the lows and shakes from what you ate two hours before, sometimes it is just sporadic and unpredictable though! Sending love

Keelin if you’re getting your nails done in town go to Nail and Beauty American Style, there is a few of them in town, most people working there are Thai and they charge €20 but they do it so fast and so nicely! They also always take walk-ins except on weekends

Keelin girl I’m so jealous of you being able to use cotton buds in your ear. I’ve eczema in mine so they are sooooo itchy & full of dead skin but my GP has literally banned me from using them as she’s had to fish out the cotton from my ear THREE times (yes it came out of my ear looking like a lollipop stick with no cotton attached to it 3 times…….)
