  1. Speaking of your thoughts of familiar sights Paul like McDonalds. The problem in countries where there are many corporate businesses like Ralph's, Jack In The Box, McDonalds and Starbucks is every city looks the same. The great thing I think about the Philippines is it is like the US was in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Every town had it's own personality. Now all towns and cities look alike for the most part in the US. It is refreshing to go to countries like the Philippines and see that each place is different.

  2. Hi Paul.. avid watcher here in Chandler, AZ. You mentioned the housing market, here in Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale.. all the cities run together. I bought my house in Chandler in 2016, paid $255k for it back then, I have just sold my house this week and will close the sale on July 15th.. I was paid $534k, so to answer your question, it is most definitely a sellers' market here at least in this area.. I am moving to the Philippines to finally marry my fiancé after a 12 year courtship.. it's time to marry and retire.. Thanks for the video's.. Keep it up.

  3. Hi Paul, You and Mae really brighten my day. Coming to you from St Louis Missouri. Have a problem finding Mae's channel. Want to help her by subscribing to her channel.. God Bless you both

  4. Hey Paul& Baby Mae, I have been watching your videos & I love them all so thank you 🙏 both. Your videos make me really want to visit the Philippines. I am a 41yr old British woman & travel alone. What would be the best way to spend 4 weeks there? Places to visit, accommodation, getting around, meeting people, best time to visit, Etc. Any help from you both would be wonderful. Thanks for your time, Peace ✌🏻 & Love ❤️

  5. Just curious, do you know anyone, who works online maybe in addition to one or two pension coming in??
Something like teaching English , bookkeeping, help desk, or managing computer networks, any of these online?

  6. Hi Paul…This is off-topic but very worthwhile. I have been hearing xrate numbers being bantered around on several channels that are low. Forget Remitly and Wise. This morning with Xe transfer services here is their rate….1 USD = 55.4389 PHP . My transfers last week were 54.49. Cheers bud.

  7. Hey Paul, what the hell is so funny about your future bride's illness and pain ? You think it's funny she is suffering ? Are you mentally losing it dude ?

  9. Many of the mass shootings are planned so politicians can justify breaking the Constitution and taking guns away. Recent school shooting cops had shields and stayed outside for 90 minutes. Even handcuffed and prevented one cop from entering. Can't explain how kid got guns and truck. Also, a lot of people are on antidepressants which have a black box warning of violent tendencies.

  10. It’s fungal infection symptoms due to all the water and humidity there vs the high desert back home in the US (why you feel better in US). # know the cause Doug Kaughmann. Use Goldenseal, Oliveleaf Extract, Oil of Oregano. Going to the dry desert is diagnostic! Live in Louisiana, lol.

  11. If you have funds to ship J. back to USA. Put him on a plane back from Cebu. If necessary, get some strong guys together to put him on the plane. Even get the local authorities in on it if necessary, even if it’s a ruse. Get Diana on board with the plan. In other words disown them. No more subsidies as of a date certain. Let Diana and the kids go back to the barangay and be done with it.

  12. One last thing for now, get yourself a set of solar panels and a deep cycle battery for your electricity. I have one now and it supplies all of our electricity day and night.
