The problem in countries where there are many corporate businesses like Ralph's, Jack In The Box, McDonalds and Starbucks is every city looks the same. The great thing I think about the Philippines is it is like the US was in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Every town had it's own personality. Now all towns and cities look alike for the most part in the US. It is refreshing to go to countries like the Philippines and see that each place is different.

I bought my house in Chandler in 2016, paid $255k for it back then, I have just sold my house this week and will close the sale on July 15th.. I was paid $534k, so to answer your question, it is most definitely a sellers' market here at least in this area.. I am moving to the Philippines to finally marry my fiancé after a 12 year courtship.. it's time to marry and retire.. Thanks for the video's.. Keep it up.
