The Porto Seller are NOT in Porto city, they are in Vila Nova de Gaia on the south side of the River! So I think there will not have any Collection with Porto wine in this release, unless they open Vila Nova de Gaia city after!
I did leave in Porto a few years ago, and the rest of your analysis is correct, but you mist the Avenida da Boavista who is the biggest Avenue in Portugal and very famous too.
