My heart is fluttering a little, guys! This is my fave so far of the properties you've shown. Tho it's far more house than i/we need by 2/3rds i think 😄, it sure does tick lots of boxes — street level entrance, very well maintained, fully functioning everything, very tidy, sufficient windows and bright light, move-in ready, favorite fruit trees, enough space for veg-growing therapy, bordered by a sweet stream below, ample water storage, some nearby neighbors, close drive to towns/amenities, beautiful setting… wow 😍.

Like Paula said, lots of land require lots of work. Ma and our crazy cow kitty keep me plenty busy so i have zero interest to tend anything else.

This house seems fab for generational family living — revered grandparentals, commuting parentals, college kids, and still have room for guests!

Really love the view and the opportunities with this one! Also love that the agent pointed out the fact that many people want to have something they don't have at home (land), and underestimate the amount of work and responsibility that comes with it. This is a great point for many to consider. I just saw someone is listing their property that they have only had for 2 years, due to this reason.

Amazing place. That’s the first property I’ve seen where there is potential access and usability for someone in a wheelchair. My nephew is in one and I’ve noticed that there seem to be steps involved in all other houses I’ve seen.

Wow! This is a great house for 2 related households. It looks in great shape. The village looks really nice. Not too much land. I think, though that I like your sis and BIL's house. I like the court yard. And I like the small land size with a few fruit trees and space for a kitchen garden. From my perspective, that is.

I loved this video, thank you so much for doing these. I am super enthusiastic about buying in this area, anywhere in the Leiria district. I absolutely loved this property, bit too much building and not enough land. That real estate agent was fantastic, i really enjoyed her, if she handles rentals i would love to make contact with her, getting ready to get my lease together for D7.
