The residence permit for highly qualified activity in certified companies (Tech Visa) legal frameworks, the application for a residence permit to exercise a highly qualified activity is formulated by scheduling, by the applicant, or by the hosting entity/company.
An employment contract of at least one year’s duration, corresponding to an annual remuneration of at least 1,5 times the national average gross annual salary (1,752.52 euros/month) or three times the index value of social support – IAS (1.316,43 euros/month). For employment purposes in professions belonging to the major groups 1 and 2 of the International Standard Classification (CITP), which are designated as particularly deprived occupations, the salary threshold set out above must be at least 1,2 times the national average gross annual salary (1,402.02 euros/month), or twice the value of the IAS (877,62 euros/month)

salam waqar bhai ap ko tori se miss information I will give your correct information. this article 90 is handled by IAPMEI directed by SEF. This IAPMEI has huge number of companies list through which we can apply and these companies directly hire Qualified person from third countries. there are six basics requirement for this article 90. its is for highly qualified persons who holding the Bachelor degree or technical diploma. not only for IT or Engineers as you mentioned at 6:22….not for any company but only compiles whos authorized by IAPMEI, again salary is not 1700 but more then 1108 euro according to IAPMEI…. i have mailed IAPMEI and they reply me back and i will copy paste my mail here in next comments
