cod fish cakes are very good and very traditional in Portuguese cuisine, but you had the "modern-cheese-infused" version which is craaaaap. its an insult to even allow it to exists imo. I have never met anyone that liked it.

I loved this video!! The style was perfect!!! Oh look, Jackson and Mia are exploring Portugal and we are going along…..wonder what will happen!?!? That is how you explore a new place…..you don't scout it and then go back to film…….you only experience it for the first time…….ONCE!! 😛 Those streets were cool, the vendors were cool, what did the Italian food look/taste like, be the tourist! Ask the locals where to go to eat! Everyone loves to talk about their food!!

True story….I know it is your vlog….but, anyway. Was in Barbarino val D'elsa in Italy with my entire family and it is mom's birthday. (We are not rich, a once in a lifetime family vacation.) We are eating dinner and a local guy comes up and sees the birthday flan on the table and asks if the local kids can sing happy birthday…..they are learning English and they want to use what they learned. They might have been bored….who knows?! The word goes out and the kids come from all over and gather at our table. It was the coolest thing ever! 12 young kids singing their hearts out…..5 minutes later they were all scattered, off to the next adventure!
