Do you offer this service for only US citizens ? ( Im from UK )
In my opinion if the current PT rental market (especially in Algarve) doesn't supports year-round leases, the additional RE envolvement just will jack up price on the already thin market.
This sounds great! It’s helpful that you know what you’re talking about and encourage people to do the same or extra investigation they would do in the US.

Great news about offering to be a rental liaison or sorts. I'm planning a trip to Portugal in October and plan to visit VRSA and see what it's all about. PS I enjoyed the music at the end….what a wonderful vinho festival. 🍷
What is your consult fee?
Can we sign a six month lease at one place and have a second six month lease ready for another property in Portugal. That covers the year rental rule for d7visa?

Question- if 2 friends want to lease a place together (for a year or more till I find a property to buy), is that possible? Can we both be on the lease? Or is that not necessary?
