Follow this process :-
Step by step process to obtain Temporary residency & Social security number without having job contract:-
1) Legal entry
2) Get NIF number(Tax id)
3) Get Junta(Residence proof)
4) With all abouve Documents , Open a Bank Account(ActivoBank is free & open on the same day after depositing 250 euro that you can withdraw on the same day.
5) Now with All above documents,including Bank account number, Open your Activity(Actividade) in Finanças Office. (You need some Português ref. to do so).
6) Now with all the above documents including Actividade , Go to Loja do Cidadão near Laranjeiras Metro station & apply for Segurança Social Number. You will get it within 1 month or so.
7)After getting social security number,find a job/work contract.
😎 After getting the work contract,Apply for Temporary residency.
9)Wait for email confirmation from SEF(Office for Foreigners)
10) After receiving email confirmation,get an appointment for Biometrics.
11)After Biometrics,wait for 20 days & you will get TR. Thanks.
