This is the last of my Portimão vlog as I am leaving for Faro in 2 days!!

Its been raining most days here in Portugal but I was able to take advance of a few sunny days.

I did some “beautiful” art to my grans bin which turned out… well you will see lol.

I took myself out for a sunny stroll along Praia da Rocha and went to see the famous Fortaleza de Santa Catarina which was beautiful! the view from this fort was incredible.
You overlook colourful apartments surrounded by mountains and boats (it gives you that tropical vibe) and its only a few minutes walk right at the end of the road. its also free!!
The sight seeing made me rather hungry so I went to the only vegetarian restaurant in Praia da Rocha, Super juice.
The people were friendly (spoke English) and the food was yummy, affordable and filling!

Luckily I was able to catch a local market which is held on a Sunday next to the bus station here in Portimão. They sell everything and anything! from clothing to food to all bits and bobs.

I can’t wait to head to Faro soon and share my experience of staying in a hostel for the first time before flying off to…. BORDEAUX, FRANCE!
