Portuguese Manor House For Sale.

A beautiful part of Portuguese history for sale in this wonderful and large Portuguese Manor House.
Consisting of 4+ bedrooms and significant land with beautiful and established fruit trees its an exciting project for someone who wants something grand and a little bit special.
The roof requires replacement and internally there is damage from water ingress but if you can see what I see and have the capital then a beautiful home awaits.

  1. Hi Nick
Thanks for going to all the effort to do the videos.
Have to say though from personal experience the prices your agent is asking is way OTT. There is absolutely no way this last property is worth even half the listed price of €170k in that condition.
Its such a shame it has been left to deteriorate to this standard. It needs so much work, that once completed would be massively in negative equity…
Try telling agent to be MUCH more REALISTIC in pricing.
It’s getting to point where it’s not worth watching otherwise.
Thanks anyway for your efforts and we look forward to seeing more of your restoration videos… 👍🏻

  2. Gorgeous house NIck. Loads of potential with the house and the land. You and Paula have been quite busy running around filming the houses and land. It is very appreciated because most us viewing are located outside Portugal. You bring Portugal to us! Thanks again.

  3. I love it despite the roof it is the grandest property I have seen on 5 channels for 175 euros without farm land the tree is avocado the camphor laurel stated In comments Has a smaller heart shape leaf it is now a noxious weed in australia & tends to be like blackberry goes wild it has lovely notes of former glory a door in this cost more than most little farms there back in the day 👍❤️❤️❤️🙏

  4. Beautiful house, ,BUT 170K???that's way too much, considering the new roof and all internal replacement and repairs it needs, plus comes with little land so thats way way too.much money they want for it.

  5. I'm in LOVE. Will there still be a property like this when I get to Portugal? I hope so. Could you please spell out the name of the town, and also the surrounding town's names? Thank you. Loved the tour.

  6. My oh my! What a wonderful restoration project! I so loved most the tile on the walls! I'd buy it in a heartbeat at 150.000. And if my h7sband would agree….nice amount of land with trees and privacy. Oh…

  7. Im so amazed by it. Wish travel restrictions were a thing of the past. I want to visit Portugal and Spain. They remind me of California a little bit.
The price of this property seems to be very reasonable.

  8. Nick I loved this house so much character and features so much can be done with this if I had the money I would buy it the land was the right size too,I would change a lot on the ground floor and make it into rooms and enlarge the windows a bit nice one nick best house in a while nice price too.

  9. I absolutely loved this house, I hope someone buys it and restores the beauty. The gardens could be made into a thing of beauty. I basically like the houses in the country better but this had the amenities of town in a country private setting. The balconies were just gorgeous & perhaps make the bedrooms more spacious & add another bath. I am acting like Paula, I have some ideas, lol. Enjoyed watching & it was so precious of y’all to invite the boy to go along for the tour. I would love to see this again after someone buys it & restores it. Lots of fruit trees were a definite plus. Have a great week.

  10. Very weird layout with small rooms when it was ment to be a high society posh home.

The roof and by the sounds of what the boy was saying, all the ceilings and timbers ( ' not safe to walk on ' ) would have to be replaced along with the roof .. at what expense ?.

Why was the pool avoided which was in the garden which looked knackered / had it 🤔

  11. Hola from Galicia. Love your videos with Paula. Does Paula cover northern Portugal. I'm looking at southern Galicia, but If I bought a property in Northern Portugal I'd love it to be off Paula. The Portuguese are our cousins here in Galicia. I hope Paula sells lots of properties with your videos Nick. Love from Galicia.

  12. I found the bedrooms quite small. In such a type of house there is at least one master bedroom (I have lived in a house similar to this one).
Another thing I disliked was the mess in the rooms downstairs. As Paula said, you cannot be aware of the possibilities of those spaces.
The boy (I couldn't get his name) was showing the tiles in the shower floor because they are imitating the Portuguese Calçada.

  13. Hope it has a library what with it being a Manor House and all that!
Oh no, Paula you not suggesting a place for the library, maybe it was to be up in the loft? Lol it’s a nice house and nicer land.
The young boy was quite good at speaking English and very keen to help where he could.

  14. Income tax is about to be abolished as part of GESARA instead we will have a tax on some new items eg new build homes . The new quantum financial system will be gold or asset backed '' no more paper '' Already as you can see that this house is very suitable for me because I love geopolitics LOL

  15. The house is beautiful! It urgently needs a new roof and some repairs, which are not unsurmountable to those skilled. I love the courtyard. I also love that there are fruit trees. 🙂👍👍
