This property is an ideal size for a small family or single person. It is fantastic that it is already a blank slate for someone to design their own space. It would be perfect to have a small food forest in the garden similar to what you are doing on your property Nick. I like Archie's idea of using the outbuilding as an outdoor kitchen and general lounging space.

It's not what you pay for it, it's also what you still need to spend on it that will determine if it is affordable or not. Ant ballpark idea how much would it take to put in a bathroom or the ground and first floor? That's just a start to making it habitable. Even a guesstimate would be helpful,given that you are a builder. Thanks.

Its a shame, you've gone from a channel that was charting your progress on your property renovation and life in Portugal to a channel that is turning into an estate agents. 8 of your last 10 uploads are for properties for sale.
If it were just the odd one then fair enough, but 80%.
It's a busy street, I think also water bombing planes at the time of filming.., bit noisy. Such great potential, central courtyard with gardens and pool outdoor kitchen, off street parking. As a Chef I see a garden restaurant, with accommodation.

Thank you, for showcasing another property, it is wonderful to watch and see what we were not able to see during our visit. Through your channel we get an good insight into different locations and properties and more information from Paula on what and type of renovation can be expected. Since you have building experience a couple of interview if with local camara personnel, local builders to give an insight into what can be built / renovated, how much extension is possible i.e. raising of roofs etc can be helpful as this area is still a big question as to what cane be done with such properties legally. I love the cathedral ceiling. I would definitely put in a loft for a lounging area or work space. It's hard to tell from the camera but the back yard looks spacious. Paula's idea for a pool, sounds excellent. The out building could serve as an outdoor kitchen for grilling and lounging. Maybe even an area for cocktails. I wouldn't forget the icemaker, just in case Zac stops by.😂 The price seems reasonable to me, even though there is plenty to be spent remodeling. Land prices will always be a rollercoaster ride, depending on demand. Thanks again for the great video.

Can you put the names of these places on the screen when you talk about them… it’s difficult to figure out the place names.. so which village/ town is this? Is this like a rectangle plot ? How big is this entire plot?
