thank you for sharing! I REALLY needed this video today, I need to be nicer to myself when I want or have to take a break because of bad/happy things happening in my life! Seeing you being so cool about this helps so much ❤it was also so interesting to hear about your "oh my god" moment when it came to having money regardless, I often wonder what my life would be like if I had the chance to earn money and weren't always in 'barely surviving' mode? I think I'd have a few weeks of just being in shock lol

And yaaayyy to physical paintings class. Just happy for you & your partner overall, yes I know it's not easy but your personal growth is so obvious.
Life is wonderful when you can progress from living in an OR state to an AND state. I can eat OR buy medication. I can pay rent OR buy gas. It was a huge adjustment for me to become comfortable living an AND life. Food AND medication AND rent AND gas. The wonderful thing about goals is they are flexable. Without self care, goals are heavy. Enjoy the adjustment to living an AND life where self-care is a higher priority than goals.
