The conclusion is the sellers are not realistic when pricing their properties.

Very interesting Looking at these properties….the first one, the dogs would drive me mad barking, but guess you get that everywhere. Plus I don’t want to renovate anything , which of course is a problem , as most of the properties in our price range need renovating..🤣the Casa d’Alte for €575,000 looks lovely and I am sure it’s stunning but if I was spending that much money I would definitely want to be able to park my car.! I went to Salir the other day and thought that was also very pretty….
