House looks great you two have done an amazing job. Some time I wonder how a software developer can became jack of all trades hi hi. My son who is software developer also does surprise me with some repairs around is home because when he was single and leaving at home he never help out.
He was to busy build computers and trying to overs speed the processors hi hi.
I look back now and see what he as done on is field makes me proud for not helping Dad and focus on is dream. He bares my name and works in one of the two major processors.
We landed in Portugal last Monday. Now we are dealing with builders as our new home was supposed to be finished in June and not there yet. Cheers from Ilhavo Portugal

I lived in Atouguia da Baleia, and very few people spoke any English at all. It was up to me to learn, and as it should be! Many people mistakenly think everyone in Portugal speaks English. Great video, obrigada ~

We have no building works going on but we have to sweep or vacuum at least twice a day just because of the farm dust!

Your house if is in Azeitão area worth at least 200k, and is a good investment for future, your area the houses prices going up a lot in a near future. My brother use to live in Quinta do Conte, and he sell their house with a lot of profit.

A good area with great beaches very near (like Lagoa de Albufeira), between Setúbal and Lisbon and next the future Lisbon airport (Montijo), less than 15minutes by car.
