After getting married in Austria the next step is to get a residency card to stay in Austria for good.

  3. Hi sir my Resident Permit got rejected and they are saying to appeal using lawyer . What to do? Please help. Should I hire a private lawyer? Will my appeal succeed?

I applied for family reunion. my wife stays in Austria. They told me that my wife’s monthly income is short of 98 Euros. The required income is 1578.36 according to Austrian govt. for married couples. My wife income is 1480.36.

later her income increased as her owner increased her salary by 150 euros. Now her new monthly income is 1630.36. but still they rejected my application and said to appeal using lawyer
