What a GREAT video, thank you Vitor, Bob and Viv! It's perfect timing as I just landed in Portugal yesterday and told myself the right people at the right time will be there. And, there you are. By the way, Vitor responded to me within such a short time and on a Friday evening. Amazing and he will likely get so busy that he will need some time off like most Portuguese on the weekends. So looking forward to meeting you. Last a question for Vitor and Viv (I see a horse next to you on your comment on his website), any horses in the vicinity? We've been on a slow travel adventure (check out our channel to see what that's about if you want) and expect to some day settle down somewhere different than where we came from. We're set to come to Portugal in November to live for 3 months… we're excited. Found you on the Facebook Expat group.
This has opened my eyes to areas of Portugal I have not considered. I have mostly researched Lisbon, Porto, and Braga as I want a strong expat community until I learn the language. Like Bob and Viv, we are not looking for high heat or high humidity as we are currently living in those conditions. I would prefer not to have to own a car if possible and wish to visit other European destinations using public transit.
