The first day of our 10 day trip to Castelo Branco for Round 2 of my search for our forever farm. Today I see a potential rental property in Guarda that would enable to get me closer to the area for future viewings.
Then I also view my first potential listing to buy West of Castelo Branco in a small little village of Moledo in the mountains.
Interested in the rental? Check it out here
Interested in the remote, renovated farmhouse? Find it here
Do you guys also find yourselves in weird situations like I do? I hope I’m not the only one! :p

Hi Chris, your dog is looking at you thinking "why is she talking to nobody?"..🤔
Silly question, could you get the coordinates of the properties prior to visit them? I understand the agent may not want to give them to avoid a potential buyer to deal straight with a owner.
But having the coordinates would allow you to have a quick look on Google Earth and make a decision if it's worth going visit or not.
You could save some time and so would the agent too.
For large property, a KML/KMZ file with the site boundary could be extremely useful.
portugal is not just 300 days of sunshine.
