I do heating and cooling HVAC…… 81 yr old lady AC went down over a month ago blower motor its under warranty Trane unit. Wait time on the replacement motor it be here tomorrow they say fingers crossed. Never have I seen parts not in stock or long wait times like now. I had a used window unit I setup for her to have air no cost been in mid to upper 90s and couldn't sleep knowing she was without air suppliers say wait times only getting worse. Worried about winter and heat for people coming up here in my area ordered some knowing parts that goes bad but boards is another thing
