  1. I think Turkish CBI is worth it up to $500K USD. However, if it goes beyond $500K USD, I would simply purchase 1 property and settle for Residence. I am one of those people who would choose Turkey because I want to live there.

  2. Raising the threshold from $250,000 to $400,000 is dis-advantageous for Turkiye because they will limit the quality of people to become citizens by raising the minimum. There are a lot more high quality people at the $250,000 level than at the $400,000 level; especially from the United States.

  3. Hi Alattin, good video as always.. Could you at some point show using data the percentage of apartments and villas bought by Turks below and above $400K.. Basically, I would like to know how strong my competitors are and therefore, my chances of getting from good to better deals

  4. Awesome episode
I think golden visa cannot be compared to a CBI program, it should be compared real estate investment residency program, and in that case, the Turkish program has much higher advantages over the golden visa in technical term. However, The TK CBI is very attractive with the threshold at $250K, I think raising it to $400k will make it lose its attractiveness. Regards

  5. So it’s basically the Schengen visa for jobs which may make people choose some island nations etc but military might of Turkiye is required to protect the region. let’s be honest

  6. A great video again from the most credible source. I was one that made the comment that for some individuals or families, the increase could put them off the programme in question. However, the explanation that Cameron gave with regard to ROI in Turkey on holding the investment over a three period, should and must be taken into consideration, provided the projections are sustainable.
An approximate projection of 50% increase in any investment within three years, is bloody good in my books!

  7. From my perspective; The one and only Cameron nailed it 110%. I live in ON-Canada and for sure I would love not just to invest in Türkiye, but to make some where in Türkiye home. God welling, 2022 could be the right time for me and family! Can we give extra 1k likes 👍 for straight Talk. Great Team ⭐️

  8. I agree that USD400K is still worth it. The question is, would it still be affordably attractive to those that only has a budget of around USD280 to 300K – official valuation will always be lesser than the purchased property price so USD250K is definitely not enough. Meaning it won't be USD400K on the dot either. On top of the required investment amount, one needs to have some cash at hand too, definitely – imagine a family of four. To those that are interested to get the citizenship, the majority of them, I believe, do not really care about investment. There're merely looking for an escape plan from their shitty countries – whatever the reason is. Turkey is Turkey. It has its advantages – beautiful country, great people, delicious food, wonderful choice of climates and mesmerising culture and history. Fantastic location to boot! At the end of the day, one has to make choices based either on affordability, sentiment or long term vision or all 3.

  9. Dude with all due respect…those islands in the Caribbean are beautiful but that's it. It's a total craphole beyond that. They are all banana republics. Turkey is a power horse compared to those donkey islands. 1 slice of watermelon in the Caribbean is $30 😂. Things like everyday items are heavily taxed. Variety of food is also minimum. If you have to invest Turkey is the best place I just wish they didnt jump from 250 to 400K so quick. Atleast 300 to 350k would've been ok. Whether people are fans of the Ottoman Empire or not fact is Turkey ruled the world for 600 years. Their civilization is immense and undeniable. All the tourist spots always in demand are the mosques and mausoleums of the Sultans. Turks have preserved their history and are very proud of their culture which is rare in today's time. Egypt? No way unless you're a fan of military dictatorships and Jordan is basically unoccupied Palestine, great culture but very weak country. Greece? Are people aware how minorities in Thrace are treated in Greece? If someone offered me to live in Greece for free I'd happily decline. Their mentality is disgusting. Same with Spain. Majority of EU countries are highly racist and Islamophobic. The comfort you feel walking around in Turkey I guarantee you, you will not feel in other European countries. Perhaps it's best to consider the turkish green card then slowly works towards the 400K citenzenship.

  10. Another great video as always by Property Turkey, I just have one note, this video shared five days after shooting, these days are critical due to change in citizenship investing amount, the amount can change at any minute, I would recommend a faster editing and sharing for videos in these sensitive days

  11. Raising the bar up to $400K means U must buy at least $450K worth of real estate to qualify for the CBI programe……. at this situation, I m ready to close my eyes and park $500K FD at Turkish bank to surpass the 3 years lock in period and then walk away with a full family of TURKISH PASSPORT holders without loosing a penny !! Sounds realistic ?

  12. IF I transferred the 250K this week, and came to Istanbul to ur office WED buy A PROPERTY, is it 100% guaranteed that I get the 250K citizenship? or there is a chance that I could be informed that NO, I must raise them to 400K?

  13. I'm Coming Home Back To Turkey Where My Roots And People Are!!!, I don't care how much it cost my children will learn about what my adopted stripped me from our language and culture heritage. I'm proud to know that we are Turkish and I have nothing to be ashamed of. I have a few things to get done and then Turkey will be our forever home. Thank you for your program and information it's helped us more than you can imagine.🙏❤️🙏❤️
