Great video again. As you know Rhett I am dealing with a couple of tenant complaints with a unit, but my response is to spend the money to fix the unit. I happened to meet the tenant as work is being done to get it to 100%. The tenant loves the unit and was telling me how they never want to move again. So the 4 grand I'm spending on top of initial rehab is so worth it. Our tenants are human beings who want to feel like we care and will work with them. That's what I'm doing and I believe my tenant when she says she doesn't want to move ever again. The tenant has some health issues and just wants to live in a clean and functioning well put together unit that we have provided. With your help I've been able to provide this to tenants. My units only stay on The market for a week. Thanks again for your help!
