  1. Paula the estate agent is such a joy to watch, I hope I am dealing with an agent like her when I finally get over to Portugal, looking for a rural place with a minimum 1 acre for less the 180,000 Euros

  2. Oh my dear!! This house gives me so many ideas. Ideal for a home craft business. That downstairs space is ideal for all the hand weaving looms and spinning wheels and a good area to lock away the woolen, silk and cotton stock to produce the hand crafted cloths. carpets, throws, clothes etc. It is so clean!! Ideal for a craft that needs cleanliness to keep away the bucks moths etc. who loves natural fibers. I really hope you can sell that house to be utilise for hand crafts. The agent's library is ideal for my music room with my grand piano, not to bother any neighbours when I practice. Hehe!! Living spaces nice, snug and cosy. Why do people love big spaces to sit and gossip these days? Hehe!! I wish I knew a rich sugar daddy to buy this house for my husband and I? ……. does it sound right? Hehe? Thank you I love your vlogs where I can dream and look at beautiful spaces with so much potential.

  3. I booked my flight to the Azores, Ponta Delgada for January for a week and I’m really, really excited to be finally seeing Portugal. My Grandfather, Antonio Fernandes came from Lisbon back in the 1930s and it just seems like it wasn’t that long ago. I am from Long Island, but I have always wanted to move somewhere because it is too crowded here. There are so many bad things that happen in this country and I really don’t want to be here anymore. Portugal is a whole new and beautiful place to live in peace and comfort! I love it and cannot wait to be a part of it. I really love central Portugal and the beautiful houses.

  4. This is a beautiful house, that ground level space would be an awesome workshop mancave fishing room! Endless options.
I think I would add sliding doors at the outdoor kitchen area.
If and when we make our move over this is exactly the kind of space we are looking for and the right price range.
Move in ready, with scope to alter to your needs and enough land to grow all the food you'd need and keep a few chickens and goats, without it being so large that you become a slave to it.
And your own well and bump! 😉
    Just perfect!

    Thanks for sharing 😊

  5. Very nice home. The front portion of the house with the LR/kitchen great room and the master bedroom would be a perfect size for me. I love the courtyard area in the front. The lower level is amazing. It would be fascinating to hear all of Paula's ideas what to do with it. This is a property that has many possibilities. It looks like PG and FdV are on the edge of a mountainous area. Is this house in that part?

  6. I'm 58 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, we are finding it impossible to replace it. We can get by, but cant seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 40years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for

  7. Enjoy these & have watched a few going back before finding your channel!
    Small suggestion…
Would you mind adding a few moments looking at Google earth screen captures, with the property border outlined? Could be shown during some of the lead-in commentary/banter, which wouldn't detract from the other footage or add length to the vid.

Knowing the borders & land topography would be especially helpful on ruin properties where someone may prefer to build new. And if you're into sustainable methods, it's critical to know where due south will be.

    Thx!

  8. Nice property nick love the space on the lower level and nice size garden area.what no oranges for Sarah and she traveled on all those buses next time perhaps, nice to see all three of you together amigos.

  9. We like your shows, it’s a lovely property. thanks Paula & Nick. For overseas buyers, to comprehend the location, if future it would be great if you can mention the distance from the nearest large town (those which are well known). For this one, how to contact please ?

  10. Wow! That is an amazing house! There is alot of space. 3 bathrooms! I would have to watch a you tube video on how to use a bidet. Lots of room for a family. Beautiful location. I didn't see any orange trees. 🙂👍👍👍🍊

  11. Beautiful property… I wish you guys can put coordinates or something if not exactly to the property maybe the neighborhood so at least we can have some idea on the map to where it is or even close by when you guys say the names have no clue how to spell them or to even understand to look it up or maybe a little map of the area or even in the description, will be very helpful hate to bother the agents to find out the location and say opps not that area
    Thanks

  12. Beautiful house guys, just a suggestion it would be very helpful if you mention more in detail about the amenities close to the house which a large family would be interested in such as primary school, hospitals, supermarkets, etc. Please keep up the great job, love your videos. Cheers

  13. Amazing property! Cannot wait to get to Portugal so that my wife and I can come tour some of these places in person. Sure would love to turn that back brick project into a coop for chickens and ducks.

  14. I like the house and the high ceiling’s. The lower floor would have me stooped over but my wife wouldn’t have an issue with it. I could be happy in a house like this except it would need to be on another property. 😢

  15. Loved this house too, not much land but the house was laid out very well, especially for someone with mobility problems. The ground floor has endless possibilities I could see a sewing room down there, I love making quilts also game room etc. loved seeing Sarah again and as always I enjoy the sense of humor you three share. Thanks for showing I think it was priced very low with all the amenities it included. Have a great rest of the week looking forward to your next property tour.
