SUNSHINE HIGHWAY TO SMACKDOWN TOWN – Geoguessr Duels: Round 2

Stumpt plays Geoguessr: Duels! It’s Team Red vs. Team Blue! Deal damage to your opponent by being closest to a location on a round. Each team member gets one guess per round but once one team has made their guess, the 15s timer starts counting down.

Both teams are given 6.000 points health at the beginning of the duel and must keep this above 0 in order to stay in the battle. Reduce your opponents health to 0 and you will be victorious!

  1. Nice… a big big Kuala Lumpur missed by everyone… Hahahah… And the last part… Ann & Jazz "Whats that weird trees…" Banana? Anyway, nice play everyone and i've been watching your videos… especially Plate-Up & Rescue Party and now Geoguessr

  2. this is becoming one of my favorite series as of lately, its so fun to watch and hopefully just as fun to play!

my favorite part was at 12:22, the short cut to jazzy guessing, and then right back to ash screaming "NO!!" was hilarious!! kudos to rik for that edit hes doing incredible

  3. Omg please, peru does not speak english 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm not demanding that you know everything about world geography, but as a Latina it's always a bit sad to realize how little the global north knows about us..

  4. I’m not sure if anyone has already explained this to you, but the “backwards R” is pronounced like “ya” 🙂 It’s the Russian equivalent of the letter “I” as a first person pronoun (not sure about some of the other Cyrillic based languages)
The word on the sign was “peschera”, which means cave. the “sch” sound is combined into one letter “щ”.
    Just some fun facts!

  5. There are not many countries driving on the left side of the road.
Like UK and former colonies like South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
Or Japan and mostly southeast Asia.

The rest is pretty much guessing from the language.

I think this covers like almost half of the challenge this time?

  6. For the tiebreaker, why not put your geographical knowledge to the real test by disallowing movement? You must study the local geology, biology, and architecture to find where you are!
(If you haven't already recorded the episode, that is.)

  7. As a born a bread Queenslander I was pumped the ladies got so close! You’re welcome to Brissie and the sunny coast anytime! The boys… your pronunciation of Canberra (it’s can-bra) was truly the worst 🤣

Clue for Aus… tip everything upside down from what you know eg looks tropical, go north. Also, if it’s busy with lots of people/cars it’s going to be close to the coast.

  8. Tip for the Nordic countries: Finland has a completely different language than the rest of us, so if something is giving you "Swedish vibes" you'd do better to guess Norway or Denmark. Finnish is recognisable by all of its double consonants and ridiculously long words.

    Edit: corrected geographical mistake
