Quite expensive for a tiny home without parking space and without any garden. For the same money I would buy something in Figuero dos Vinhos which fits more to my needs.

Very sleek tho warm and well-finished income units. Very contemporary look that i might describe as minimalist-chic. Bright and airy tiny residences. I think both kitchens accommodate under-counter-sized refrigerators? But upstairs maybe younger folks might keep a beverage cooler opposite their viewing screen.
Just 10 minutes from the beaches of Figueira da Foz? Nice! Great to see some renovated places to compare the prices between these and places that need renovations. Something to consider. 🤔

Both properties are incredible… Only one problem… Why don't they make the ceilings higher?… Always the same… But because of the details, the finishes… They make them very beautiful houses… ✌️ 😎
