Hey Rob, not wanting to shill any projects here so I won't post links too but regarding to useful projects outside of the cryptobubble.. I recently swapped all my BNB to CARBO , which is a company that disposes waste on islands with a environmentally clean output.. they create hydrogen gas and the token is used for paying the use of installations.. good thing also is they only have a CARBO/BUSD pool so there is no correlation with BTC or BNB or any other crypto.. they work together with the EU and have a working product , they saw the opportunity of tokenisation but didn't need the funds for the project bc there was a VC outside of crypto willing to step in before they started the whole project. Talking about utility outside of crypto, that one is a big plus imo.. also the green narrative is a plus (and more the reason I stepped into it) bc it is the way to go (again imo) .. grts

Great video Rob, and thanks for not slinging a lot of hopium! fourth quarter 2021, I moved all of my 401ks into fixed income as I thought I could see the storm clouds growing. Now when my friend's (and wife's 401ks) are down anywhere from $200k to $350k YTD, I can say I told you so. My big mistake was not realizing Crypto is tied to the stock markets, and I continued to buy in Q421 and Q122. Now my Crypto portfolio is down more than 50% YTD. Guess I really blew that one! I'm hodling for the long term, diamond hands, and will get back into more risky stocks when things turn around next year, fingers crossed.

Particularly Bitcoin seems to be particularly erratic at the moment, with some forecasting a crash and others a new all-time high. We'll have to wait and see how things turn out, but for the time being, I'm unable to sell, so I'm still holding.

Literally the biggest most hype jaw dropping thing this bull market was what? Well yea shit coins were back sure, doge, shiba, bnb crap coins but that was always there.. useless tokens that look pretty. NFT’s literally crypto’s meaning this year, this bull market was NFT’s! How do i know? Make an nft any nft (new hype) you’d orobably nake a million dollars minimum at the right time being a nobody special. Nfts would sell for 20-500k then bust to 0 in 6 weeks. NFT’s were the only thing to do with crypto lmao. And if you’re that lucky few minted 100 bayc by sheer chance. You won a lottery worth 20-100 million dollars. Crazy. And thats not the only one. Just the too 3 most expensive hyped along with punks. Many more could mint for 600 sell for 20k on rarity, hype etc.. 90% went to zero. And i doubt we will ever have a nft market like that again. Whats going to be the next thing. Games? Iluvium? NFT worked b/c low entry barrier and full inckusion of all demographics. Its just a picture on a blockchain, being given value off ppls energy feeding one another causing absurdity, chaos, fomo and irrational behaviour. we need mass inclusion and i think we have no choice but to start doing useful innovation apps

Wise (ex-transferwise) makes transfer from your bank to their app within a minute, and from the app to your foreign country again, in minutes (sometimes seconds). 1000 eur transfer = 6 Euros fees, including exchange from Aus$ to Euro… not bad… Looking forward to clarification on stablecoins regulations…. but, a good alternative

I agree Rob. I've become a bitcoin maxi and lost faith in crypto altcoins as I don't see the utility or ease of use. There is nothing a centralized organization cannot do as good with more security and regulation. I may buy alt's only to make money on the bubble to put into bitcoin. Sweatcoin is great, easy, fun, useful, free, addictive, social and I'm using it…daily. It's growing because of it's use case not trying to create one.

I think sweatcoin is exactly the opposite of a good example for crypto apps. There is no reason why it has to be decentralized.

Mortgage companies are laying off en mass. Housing market is tanking. You know how many jobs are related to that market. It is not huge companies with thousands of employees but many small contractors around housing. They are already disappearing.
