The cause of a low fertility rate is the biggest dilemma.

One of the highest values in europe is womanism. The dilemma is that the education of woman is the cause of a massive reduction in fertility rate.
I don't think that anybody of us want to change what womanism has accomplished for good reason.
There is another big factor. "Every" woman wants a men who earns more & is taller & has a higher status, etc. Due to evolutionary psychology this behaviour is in their DNA.
As we pushed woman so high, there are not enough eligble men for european woman. And there is also evidence that modern woman will spent their entire life alone without children than overcoming themselves. And there are also basic programs inside men which foster this process as well.
So what will be the outcome? I don't think that woman will take the responsibility and actions to overcome their own nature. -> addtional massive drop in fertility rate in europes future.
The majority of men will have no motivation or pressure (like working for their family and their future) to have a career, work hard or not even full-time.
Profession which are pre-requiste for preventing a society to collapse are almost only run by men:
– Plumbing, garbage disposal (epedemic prevention in general)
– basic infrastructure (roads, buildings, electricity)
– medical care (doctors, how many are male doctors, who works part-time, who does the majority of work, …)
– etc.
Oversimplified: At first we might not have enough men to sustain society, 2nd woman don't want the men who sustain society, 3rd woman won't overcome their nature and fertility will drop even much more further, 4th future generations are even smaller, which leads to further reduction in family, 5th society might have already forget how to create a healthy family and society (or we might already don't know), … .
So finally our modern values will lead to a clearance of itself.
