Perpetrator was totally polite and respectful. Victim was a thief who was trying to steal from the perpetrator. Husband came across as very weird- asking a 17 year old he hardly knew to marry him and offered his house deed as ‘collateral’? Wacky stuff!
He’s so upset they could say something comforting to him.. they don’t give a shhht and she really took him for a ride.. I feel bad for her too .. addiction is a beast.. ✝️🙏❤️
Just cause he didn't ask more than once why hes there is a weak argument, he plainly stated when they arrested him he had no idea why. When he says that they changed the subject to not tell him.
"how not to be interrogated"
i love how the detectives all say this is your "opportunity" to tell your side of the story. some opportunity.
Such a respectful crack dealer
This sounds like self defense. I wonder what would've happened had the car kept going? Would he been dragged to death? Could he safely remove himself?
Omg this poor man. She blames schizophrenia for everything. When all she was truly was a drug addict, narcissistic who manipulate the shyt out of this man for her own needs.
$6240.00 in storage fees if you pay 65$ a month for 8yrs.
How dumb can you truly get? Jesus Christ
Dude reminds me of Omar Hardwick
Mary was her husband Drug and Weed, Pills and Meth was her Drug smh, so sad but I don't feel sorry for her husband. He refused to accept the Truth, no matter how many times it hit him in the wallet, house, life and face.
The main goal talking to basic stuff at the beginning is to build rapport with the suspect. Plus creating a baseline of behavior when he is not lying. Not to show that he is guilty because he does not ask why he is here. That’s a bit vague evidence in court 😂
Nah… if that’s what it’s like to have empathy and compassion, I’m good. I don’t ever wanna be that husband.
This entire second interview was worthless.
I wanted to feel bad for the husband at first but nah.. he is an enabler and didn't even care about his son! He literally said he never cared about anyone as much as her EVEN HIS OWN SON. And he quit talking to him for 10 years cuz he "said something mean about his wife" and doesn't even care how he died. Pretty gross if ya ask me.
She had no respect for him because he's beta. I hope he will come to the realization that he's better off now.
My B.S. meter is going crazy right now! Sit next to her drug dealer?? Gives her pipe back to her? C'mon!
I feel awful for everyone. The poor guy loved a woman with serious problems and couldn’t leave her.
21:26 wtf is dude talking about hahaha
This man is clearly distraught and this bitch detective is cold as fuck. This is what pisses me off. I can only hope people like this get their Karma. What a c@nt!
The husband is a PEDOPHILE….🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
End of story…sicko…🤮🤮🤮
Shouldn't have tried to rob him for no reason
Why he acting like he doesnt know the Miranda process? He a whole Convict lol.
Born and raised in the cocaine capital Miami Florida, I had 2 buddies that planned to rob big-time cocaine dealers, you don't do that in Miami and these were close friends that wanted to make quick money well they were both found with multiple gunshots holes in them and floating in the Miami River, they tried to sell me this plan and walked away and never talked to them again alive.
Imagine all the costs of keeping drugs illegal , so sad.
The husband speaks like a cocaine enthusiast perhaps there is a connection between him and his wife's addiction
This female detective is so insensitive
When he said he wanted a lawyer, it's over. They should leave and begin the process of getting him an attorney. But they don't and people wonder why cops have a bad reputation.
Husband: I can forgive and forget
Husband: proceeds to interview himself on everything wrong she ever did
“She Texas him or calls him” 🥴😂😂
Am I hallucinating or is she really dressed as Superman?
I’ve had cell phones since 1990 and never broke one, never dropped it in water. I keep them until they go obsolete.
That RED TREE CRIME logo is very annoying. Also I'm pretty sure you don't own that material.
I think the husband has issues almost as severe as his much younger schizophrenic, drug addicted wife did. Who in their right mind would give someone with her lifestyle and track record access to bank accounts and put them in charge of paying the mortgage and car payments?! I'm not a shrink, so I'm only speculating but it seems like either he has a rescuer/victim mentality and/or he enjoyed the excitement of all the chaos surrounding his wife's crazy life. I wouldn't be surprised if a year down the road he's hooked up with another young druggie in need of "rescuing" (enabling).
You know all of these lyin criminals failed drama class….yet they think now as an adult they are gonna out perform Leonardo DiCaprio without a script without any practice and the rest of your life on the line….idiot convention
It was perfect how they dropped that bombshell about his charges and then said "we can't say anymore. you want a lawyer".
Says he loves her but gives the dog up… hmmm..
Lol…this dude is a bunch of bull💩…. Guarantee he was smokin 🧀 with her…my condolences goes out to her …but this dude(husband)… straight character 💯🤦🏾♂️
This is a message for all these JCS clone channels cropping up: At least upload the raw interrogation! JCS brought a prior expertise and experience to his interrogation analysis, thus there was inherent value in his narration. Without that same background, many people you're trying to attract from the JCS audience won't bother listening to your analysis. It's sad but it's true, I'm one of them.
But you will gain more traction with the criminal psychology audience here if you can also provide the raw materials you used.
Just some unsolicited input, thanks for the hard work and keep it up!
He probably put her on that mission…dude jus nt right
How you go from a Christian to a demon… you ain't Gon do ,💩…. your wife of 41 years was for the STREETS..ur wife cause that on herself..he didn't have to hurt her…but I dt know…her fault…she could've ASKED to let her hold something until later…da Streets dt play
Is he on drugs? I'm not sure why, but I'm surprised that so many people are feeling sorry for the pervy, old man. Did you all miss the part where he was 37 and she was 17 and he was harassing her at work until she went out with him? He gave her a house to go on a date and live with him for six months… WTF
She was looking for a father figure, he was looking for a …daughter figure?
The husband is a complete inabler.. she didn't love him he has no self worth
Feel so bad for the husband.
"When robbing drug dealers goes Wrong"…That Should've been the title…
I agree with her husband….. The balls on that man…..I feel bad for him and hope he gets his just revenge!!!!
I thought when you ASK FOR A LAWYER, in the USA, .the investigator is supposed to STOP and LEAVE and NOT TRY TO CONVINCE YOU OTHERWISE?! If anyone knows, I'd love some clarification…??
