Good mosaics and pavements love how it looks. Similar history and architecture to Andalusya where Moors living there for centuries. After Moors lost those lands some if not most Mosques weren't destroyed, but instead they were reconstructed into Cathedrals. The minarets are simply removed or reconstructed into towers, but some other parts such as the roof domes are kept. Maybe for example you can google the roof of the Malaga Cathedral. Never been to Portugal looks top notch, but I was too lazy to reach it on my last visit to South West Europe I reached as far as Gibraltar, Seville and Granada, but there was too much to see and I decided to keep Portugal as a separate trip. Good to see you enjoy/ed your time there.
