When I saw the photo of the most isolated home in the world I of course had to click and learn more. The story of this tiny home on a small island called Elliðaey off Iceland is mysterious and fascinating. Today we dive into all of the details I was able to dig up regarding this remote home, including some footage that 2 other youtubers shared of their experience on the island. At the end of the video, we take a look at a handful of other very isolated and remote homes that are equally as cool and fascinating.

If access to that island (climbing up a steep slippery rock just using a rope is not great! And I’m not getting any younger 😆) was easier, I could live there, for a while anyway…I like staying in secluded places for long periods.
Before you go into the russian, and close, oligarchs you have merely scratched the biggest and most extensive houses in the world. Putins palace has a building cost of at least a billion dollars. Amon the amenities is a underground hockey rink. Several others of those are in the 1+ billion building cost. Right now there is also a superinterrest in this, so its a very good chance for a first video that goes viral.
