I like that you mentioned people overspending on flooring. People waste a ton of money when they overspend on flooring. Last year I considered replacing flooring but then found an awesome nice giant rug at a great price that I bought instead, saved me a ton of 💰 and if i sell my place I can take the rug with me or sell it separately. The other thing I would caution people not to overspend on would be new kitchen cabinets. Homebuyers don’t care that you spent a fortune upgrading the kitchen cabinets, you are better off simply giving your old ones a fresh coat of paint and swapping out the handles if they if are worn and out of date with something newer and more modern. This can be done very cheaply and easily and give your cabinets a fresh new look and save a ton of 💰 instead of replacing the cabinets.
