We should think of precedence as a picture of lemonade and every time you use precedence to impact the constitutional law all you're doing to that picture of lemonade is adding more water not not and not increasing the lemons so pretty soon all you have is water and it looks nothing like the constitutional amendment.
If a loss fits outside the boundaries of the Constitution just like roe v Wade did if they were so sure it was constitutional why didn't they pass it as a constitutional amendment.
They did it for prohibition they passed it as a constitutional amendment and then they repealed it as a constitutional amendment they can't if they can do that for drinking why can't they do that for killing babies or other special rights that we now have because they change the Constitution basically

Further proof that the PEOPLE are enslaved. You have to also pay an Exit Tax to give up your US citizenship – thus you have to buy your freedom and proof you are enslaved. The US can also withhold your passport – further proof you are enslaved. The 13th Amendment (R) freed the slaves; the 16th Amendment (D) enslaved everyone.
Is the US government ALSO pushing back on members of Congress who are dual citizens? Members of Congress should NEVER be dual citizens. My prediction: Won't pass. Too many members of Congress benefit.
