  1. You're a real estate guy right?

No one considers Rem or OMA as the most controversial architect in the world. Some are hyper critical of his work, but its typically the same critique applied to other starchitects.

Stick to real estate, leave architecture to the journalists and architects. I'm tired of those with no background chiming into the subject for some clout. Based on your existing video titles and thumbnails it seems like you're more eager to piggy back off of the algorithm than you are interested in providing content with actual unique perspective.

Y'all already out earn architects while taking a bit of the credit and effectively just resell other people's work. Not to mention you get to skip the 5+ year college education completely if you want to. We don't get such privilege's.

You're attempting to provide architectural critique and explanation without any expertise on the subject. I know as much because you didn't cover any of the major principles from the books he's written. Even though this is supposed to be a video expounding on what makes him so "controversial." No S,M,L,XL no Delirious New York, nothing. You never even covered his concept of Metropolitan architecture. The "M" in "OMA." Architectural critique is more than just talking about massing, naming a few features, and talking about how cool the building looks.

At least leave the think pieces for someone else. We don't need someone reading Wikipedia articles off for us. Architecture and real estate are not equivalent or transitive. Do not attempt to imitate.

  2. Hope 11:33 becomes less of a western societal horror as the ease of creating original designs, that can integrate themselves into the landscape better, become more and more cost effective for developers of larger communities because of continued advances in computer aided engineering and drafting.

  3. I'm a simple guy; I see a Scott Edward video, I click!

But seriously, Rem Koolhaas is on the creativity level of the late Zaha Hadid or the, thankfully still around, Santiago Calatrava.
