TERRIBLE VIDEO! I lived there many years, and the host knows nothing about the neighborhood. The WORST is when he said Federal hall was the former White House. There is so much down there and so much history. It was embarrassing to watch.
One of the best features is due to it being an older building, it is quiet, compared to newer buildings with paper thin walls. My only issue is the size of the windows, not much natural light. Will probably get dark earlier in the day, thereby requiring lights/lamps being on more.
