As for the house, it's certainly unique but I don't like the name of it – Quinta da Felicidade, it makes me suspect that terrible things were being done there to children, especially with that connection to Disneyland. I hope I'm wrong but if I am then I wonder why the owner choose such a name for this house.

Shame that it's going to be demolished. Is this because the owner never had permission to build it in the first place, or because it's too decayed?

I agree that all places that are explored, whether they are older or newer places, should be preserved and respected. There are tons of places I've seen on numerous urban exploration vids that I'd love to see in real life. But to keep the places safe, I'd rather not know where they are.
I like to go on minecraft creative mode and build places I've seen, or close approximations of them. The only time I would want a location is to see if there are floor plans of the place so I can try and build it as close to scale as possible.
