Feel your source is outdated. Don't consider Estonia crypto-friendly anymore. El Salvador and UK(England specifically) are becoming more crypto-friendly. A few crypto companies moved out of Estonia and registered their companies in England following Estonia's new crypto laws passed in Dec2021/Jan2022
