We are in the middle of renovating our house in an abandoned Portuguese village. Finally continuing on the main house! Today i am breaking still a small piece of the wall and closing the trench. After that we had a day of nothing..aka rain. But i do get something done.. like putting a level line.. for the first time ever!

You mentioned you no longer can use ordinary shampoos and hair conditioners or household bleaches now you’ve a wetland ecosystems but from preventing it from turning anaerobic conditions .what organisms are now living there, as I don’t see any rooted plants, yet ? Oh I have I missed an episode ?

I would protect your with so much effort aplied PVC, against the unexpected forces of your roadside trimmer, to prevent that if you attack the towering vigorous grasses with it, the waste water supply of your with so much effort laid out gravel garden will mow to smithereens pieces.
