VERY NICELY DONE…BUT, OH SO SAD & DEPRESSING ARE THE VILLAGE STREETS…COMPARING ITALIAN VILLAGE STREETS TO PORTUGUESE – IN ITALY, THE VILLAGE DWELLERS PUT FLOWERS & POTTED GREENERY, HANGING VINES & PLANTS ALONG THE NARROW STREETS, BUT, I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT IN THE VILLAGES IN PORTUGAL…THE STREETS LOOK DEAD…NO LIFE THERE…COULD IT BE B/C THE GOVT. HAS A RESTRICTION ON GREENERY OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR & ON YOUR BALCONIES THERE IN THE DOWNTOWN OF THE VILLAGES?…THESE STREETS WOULD BE OH SO MORE INVITING IF THEY HAD THESE ADDITIONS MADE…OR MAYBE, THERE ISN'T THE MONEY?…;)

Very clean, ready-to-run holiday let cum pied-à-terre. Very comfy place to park town or area visitors. Neat, boho-chic and resourceful application of covid-era wood-off-cuts. The spaces created are nice. and cozy tho airy. Only critique i coukd find is that for permanent dweller(s), the finish of the stone walls seems rushed and i didn't notice a place for a closet to hide your dyson etc in nor a place for the washer/dryer. Thank you guys for showing this lovely little house , very compact but large enough for a couple to live, the out side patio area is very good to have its private and functional , love it. I hope Mr Fernando can show similar properties,as there are lots of older clients wanting to retire on small budgets, question with location , I take it your in central Portugal no where near the Algarve, would this be suitable for nine driver thank you very much.

Suitable for a holiday let with a very tiny outdoor space but not as a home with no real storage and very small rooms . The renovation seems well done though.

This is a well done place in town! It would be a good vacation home to live half of time in Pourtugal and half in USA. Or maybe 3/4 time in Portugal and 1/4 time in USA. You surely won't have to do any work there!
