  3. Hello, I asked the question below to someone on youtube that was helping people with information on moving to Mexico,  I know your trying to get permission to stay in Portugal and wondered if the reply I got has something to do with why you are not getting your D7 visa.

    The question I asked was,

I can't understand why People need to show that they have an income of $1.634 per month to be able to live in Mexico.  I live in the UK in a Guest House all year round so I get a good discount, my rent and the food i buy comes to around $9.300 per year. That's $775 per month if it works out at 12 months per year this is less than halth the amount needed to live in Mexico, if anything I would have thought that living in the UK would be more exspensive than living in Mexico.

The reply I got from this youtuber is below,

When handing out residential permits, I imagine Mexico wants to target a higher value resident.  Lots of Countries do this once they realize they're letting in too many people who don't bring in much money to their economy. Their requirements have actually gone up quite a lot since this video was made and it's even more strict now.

The above answer to my question makes a lot of sense and in your case you would I'm guessing be putting less into the economy than the average person who dosn't live off Grid.  If you could perhaps show that you have quite a bit more money than they ask you to show, and show that you've booked into a property in a town or village, so they can see that you are likely going to be spending perhaps slightly more than the average person then perhaps this might help.  Perhaps if you then get a D7 Visa then you could move to your Wildlands some time after living in a Town, Village or City.

  4. How wonderful to see all the positive things you have achieved this week……keep going and keep the negativity at bay……..fight to stay even if you need to get a lawyer locally to help……..it is obvious that this is your home and your sanctuary………

  5. Bureaucracy doesn't have common sense, clearly you as a family are an asset to your new adopted country and lifestyle. Here's hoping things go well and the beurocrats can manage to find the right decision.

  6. I'm not gonna mention the dreaded V word, I'm am so in awe of you guys, if anyone can make it there in Portugal it's you 3. So much positive vibes going your way, I love all the work your doing, we just got solar sorted today not as easy as Missy makes it look, but it's in.
Lots of love to you all 💕💕💕🙏🙏
